Below we outline the steps on how to use our wedding guest list template in Google Sheets:
Start in Row 2 under the "Guest Name" column. Enter the name of your first guest or the head of a family/group you're inviting.
Move to the next cell to the right (in the "Address" column) for the same guest and enter their mailing address. This is useful for sending physical invitations.
Continue to the right to fill in the "Phone Number" and "Email" columns with the guest's contact information.
Once invitations are sent, come back to the sheet and in the "Invitation Sent (Yes/No)" column for each guest, tick the box after you send out their invitation.
When a guest sends back their RSVP, update the "RSVP Received (Yes/No)" column and tick their corresponding checkbox.
Assign table numbers closer to the event date based on RSVPs and enter these assignments in the "Table Number" column.
