You can make a copy of our medication tracker in Google Sheets for free. Don't request for permission to edit, simply go to File > Make a copy.
Below, we explain how to use our medication tracker using Google Sheets.
In the Time of Day column, specify when you need to take each dose (e.g., “Morning, Noon, Evening” or “Afternoon, Evening”).
In the Frequency column, write how often you need to take the medication (e.g., “3 times/day” or “Once daily”).
In the Medication Name column, enter the name of your medication (e.g., “Metformin”).
In the Dosage column, fill in the dosage with the appropriate units (e.g., “500 mg”).
In the Start Date column, type the date you will begin taking the medication (e.g., “2024-10-25”). In the End Date column, enter the last date you will take the medication or write “Ongoing” for long-term medications.
In the Notes column, include any additional information, such as “Take with food” or “Avoid taking on an empty stomach.”
