Fill in the "Date" column with the date for each day to monitor your mood consistently.
Select a mood from the dropdown menu in the "Mood" column. Options include emojis like π Happy and π’ Sad, helping you visually log your feelings.
Write any important events or thoughts in the "Notes" column to explain your mood for the day.
To visualize your mood data, highlight the "Mood" and "Count" columns in the Mood Count Summary Table, then go to Insert > Chart. In the Chart Editor, change the chart type to Pie Chart, and customize labels and titles under the Customize tab.
