Follow the steps below to paste transpose in Google Sheets.
Click and drag to highlight the cells you want to transpose. For example, if you're working with a list of names in a column that you want to move to a row, select all these names.
Right-click on the highlighted cells and select "Copy," or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac).
Click on the cell where you want the transposed data to begin. This will be the top-left cell of your new data arrangement.
Right-click on the destination cell to open the context menu and find "Paste special."
In the "Paste special" submenu, click "Transposed."
Your data will be pasted with rows and columns swapped.
You may need to adjust column widths or row heights to accommodate the new layout of your transposed data.
