Follow the process below to use Google Sheets to make a supply and demand graph.

1. Open a Blank Google Sheet

Start with a new, blank Google Sheet by clicking "+" This will be your workspace to enter the supply and demand data.

2. Enter Price, Supply Quantity, and Demand Quantity Data

In the first column, enter the price values. In the second column, enter the supply quantity, and in the third column, enter the demand quantity.

Label the columns as "Price," "Supply Quantity," and "Demand Quantity."

3. Highlight the Price, Supply Quantity, and Demand Quantity Columns

Click and drag to select all three columns. This ensures that your data for price, supply quantity, and demand quantity will be included in the graph. After that, click "Insert."

4. Choose "Chart" in the "Insert" Section

Under the "Insert" tab, choose "Chart." This will create a basic chart using the selected data.

5. Change the Chart Type to Line Chart

On the Setup tab under the Chart editor, click on "Scatter chart" to choose from the dropdown list.

Click on the "Line chart" to change the chart type.

6. Add Series For Supply And Demand Quantities

Ensure both supply quantity and demand quantity series are included in the chart. The Chart Editor should automatically recognize them from your data. The price will be represented on the x-axis.

7. Customize Axis Titles and Chart Appearance

In the "Customize" tab, click "Chart & axis titles" to adjust the axis titles and colors. This will make the graph clearer and more visually appealing.

8. Review and Adjust the Final Graph
