Follow the steps below to make your Google Form available to the public outside your organization in 4 simple steps.

1. Go to Your Google Form Settings and then to “Responses

With your Google Form open, click the “Settingstab at the top. Then scroll down to “Responses.”

2. Uncheck the "Restrict to Users in Your Organization" Option

In the settings, find the checkbox labeled "Restrict to users within your organization." Uncheck this to allow external users to access the form.

3. Click the "Send" Button and Select the Link Option

After adjusting permissions, click the "Send" button at the top of the form. Choose the link icon to generate a shareable link for your form. Finally, click "Copy" so you can paste the link to where you want to send it.

4. Test the Form in a Private or Incognito Window

To confirm external users can access the form, open an incognito (Ctrl+Shift+N) or private browser window and paste the link. This will mimic the experience of someone outside your organization.
