In this tutorial, we will show you exactly how to insert Google Sheets into Google Docs. Simply follow the steps below.
You can paste cells from your Google Sheet into your Google Doc. Here's how to do it:
Open Google on your computer. Click on the nine dots at the top right of your screen. This opens the Google apps menu.
On the Google apps menu, find and click “Docs.” This opens your documents.
Click the Google Doc where you want to insert your Google Sheet. This opens the document.
Click the plus (+) sign at the top of your screen. This opens a new blank page.
Click on the nine dots at the top right of your screen. Find and click “Sheets.” This opens your sheets.
Click the Google Sheet you want to insert. This opens the sheet.
On your Google Sheet, highlight the cells you want to add to your Google Doc.
Right-click the cells you want to add. Click “Copy” on the menu.
Click on the page where your Google Doc is open. Find the part where you want to add the cells.
Right-click the part in your Google Doc. Click “Paste” on the menu.
A box will pop up with two options: “Link to spreadsheet” and “Paste unlinked.”
“Link to spreadsheet” means the cells will automatically update when you change the content of the cells on your Google Sheet. “Paste unlinked” is just adding the cells as they are. Select one of the options and click “Paste.”
Now, your Google Sheet has been inserted in your Google Doc.
