In this article, we explain how to center text in Google Sheets. Simply follow the steps below!
To center text in Google Sheets, follow these steps:
Click on the cell where you want to center the text. If you want to center text in multiple cells, click and drag your mouse to select all the desired cells.
Look for the toolbar at the top of the page. You will find text alignment options there.
Click on the "Center Align" button (represented by an icon with centered lines) in the toolbar. This will center your text horizontally within the selected cells.
Next to the horizontal alignment buttons, there should be vertical alignment options. Click on the "Middle Align" button (usually represented by an icon with lines aligned to the middle) to center your text vertically within the cell.
Now the text in your selected cells should be centered both horizontally and vertically. Remember, these changes will apply to all the cells you have selected.
