The spelling checker tool will appear on the right hand side of the display, any potential spelling errors will display one by one with the options to Change, Ignore or Add to dictionary.
For obscure names, places or words that are not recognized by the spelling checker tool we can add these to the dictionary so they are not shown as a potential error in future.

You can choose to correct individually or apply to all instances of the specific spelling error by selecting the downward arrow next to the option and selecting Change all. You can also choose to Ignore all by clicking the downward arrow next to Ignore.
The spelling errors are corrected or ignored in real time, once finished close the spelling checker tool by clicking the x on the top right of the tool. The spelling changes have been completed.
