Comments in Google Sheets can be viewed individually or all at once. We will explore these methods in the following sections.
Look for cells with a yellow triangle in the upper-right corner. Hover over the cell to reveal the comment without clicking.
To mark a comment as completed, click on the checkmark icon in the comment box.
To view all comments within the spreadsheet, click on the Comments icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. This will open a sidebar listing all comments.
Alternatively, you can view all comments by either hovering over or clicking on the comments' icon on the sheet tab at the bottom. Clicking keeps the comments open as you navigate the sheet, while hovering hides them again once you move your mouse away.
