Follow the steps below to easily repeat header rows in Google Sheets.
Begin by clicking on the row number of your header row to highlight it. If your header covers more than one row, click and drag across the row numbers to select all relevant rows.
Navigate to the top menu in Google Sheets and click on "View". This will display a dropdown menu with various options.
In the dropdown menu, move your cursor over "Freeze". A side menu will appear, presenting options to freeze either rows or columns.
From the side menu, select the number of rows you wish to freeze based on your header's size. For instance, if your header is one row, choose "1 row". For a two-row header, select "2 rows".
To ensure your header rows are frozen, scroll down through your sheet. The header rows should remain visible at the top as you scroll, indicating they are correctly frozen.
If you need to print your sheet or save it as a PDF, go to "File" > "Print".
This allows you to preview how your document will look with the repeated header rows. Adjust any print settings as required before printing or saving.
