Fill in the full address of the rental property. If the property has multiple units, specify the unit number.
Enter the name of the tenant occupying the unit.
Enter the start and end dates of the lease agreement in the format YYYY-MM-DD.
Enter the amount of rent the tenant is required to pay each month.
Enter the amount of the security deposit collected at the start of the lease.
Specify the day of the month by which the rent is due (e.g., 1st).
Enter the date when the last rent payment was received in the format YYYY-MM-DD.
Enter the amount of the last payment received from the tenant.
If the tenant owes any past due rent, enter the amount here. Otherwise, enter $0.
Use this column to add any relevant notes about the tenant, unit, or lease agreement (e.g., repair needs, lease violations, etc.).
