Below, we explain how to use our calorie tracker template in Google Sheets:
Record your current weight and your target weight in the "Current Weight" and "Weight Goal" columns. This helps track your progress over time. For example, you can enter 70 kg as your current weight and 65 kg as your weight goal.
Fill in the calorie intake for each meal in the Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner columns. Each row represents a new day’s intake. For instance, on 10/01/2024, if you had 300 calories for breakfast and 500 for lunch, enter those values accordingly.
The "Total Daily Calorie" column will automatically calculate the total calories for each day. Compare this to your calorie goal to ensure you're on track. For example, if your daily goal is 1800 calories and you consumed 1600, you’ll know you need to adjust your intake.
The "Average Daily Calorie Intake" in the first table shows the average calories consumed per day. This value updates automatically as you log more data in the second table, helping you stay aligned with your goals.
Feel free to customize this layout based on your specific needs!
