Locate the page in Notion with the table you want to export.
In the top right corner of Notion, click the three dots to open a dropdown menu.
Scroll down and click ‘"Export" in the dropdown menu.
In the export settings, select "HTML" as the format. Note that everything inside the Notion page will be extracted as well.
After clicking "Export," the ZIP file will be saved in the location you selected.
Navigate to the location where you saved the ZIP file.
Right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract All" to access the HTML file. You need to extract this file before importing it into Google Sheets.
In your browser, open Google Sheets by clicking the Google Apps icon in the top right corner. Then, create a new blank spreadsheet.
Select "File" in the top menu, then choose "Import" to begin the import process for your HTML file.
In the "Upload" tab, click "Browse" to locate the extracted HTML file from the ZIP folder.
When prompted, select the option to “Replace spreadsheet.” Then, click “Import data” to complete the process.
After importing the table, you may need to adjust the font, size, or formatting. Press Ctrl + A or highlight the cells, then use the toolbar to modify the format.
