Follow the steps below to export a Notion table to Google Sheets.

1. Open the Table in Notion

Locate the page in Notion with the table you want to export.

2. Click the Three Dots in the Top Right Corner

In the top right corner of Notion, click the three dots to open a dropdown menu.

3. Select "Export"

Scroll down and click ‘"Export" in the dropdown menu.

4. Choose "HTML" as Export Format

In the export settings, select "HTML" as the format. Note that everything inside the Notion page will be extracted as well.

5. Click "Export" to Download the ZIP File and Choose Its Location

After clicking "Export," the ZIP file will be saved in the location you selected.

6. Open the Folder With the ZIP File 

Navigate to the location where you saved the ZIP file.

7. Right-Click the ZIP File and Select "Extract All"

Right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract All" to access the HTML file. You need to extract this file before importing it into Google Sheets.

8. Open Google Sheets and Create a New Blank Spreadsheet

In your browser, open Google Sheets by clicking the Google Apps icon in the top right corner. Then, create a new blank spreadsheet.

9. Click "File," Then Select "Import"

Select "File" in the top menu, then choose "Import" to begin the import process for your HTML file.

10. Click "Upload" and Select the HTML File

In the "Upload" tab, click "Browse" to locate the extracted HTML file from the ZIP folder.

11. Choose "Replace Spreadsheet" in the Import Location, Then Click "Import Data"

When prompted, select the option to “Replace spreadsheet.” Then, click “Import data” to complete the process.

12. Adjust Font Style, Size, and Formatting as Needed

After importing the table, you may need to adjust the font, size, or formatting. Press Ctrl + A or highlight the cells, then use the toolbar to modify the format.
