3. Format Your Matrix

First, merge A2:A3 and A4:A5 using the "Merge cells" button at the top.

Select the "Important" and "Not Important" cells and go to Format > Rotation > Rotate up.

Tip: You can increase the font size using the toolbar at the top and clicking on the + icon.

To adjust the row heights, click on the line between a row to adjust each row as needed for better visibility. A gray line should appear. Drag row 3 and row 5 down to make more space. You can do the same for the column widths.

Here's how the formatted text should look like:

You can also adjust the alignment by clicking on the Horizontal and Vertical Align buttons in the toolbar and choosing the Middle option. You can do the same for the other cells, depending on your preference.

Make your titles bold by selecting them and clicking the "B" in the toolbar.

You can apply different background colors to each quadrant to visually separate them. Select a cell or quadrant, then click the "Fill color" button in the toolbar and choose a color.

4. Enter Your Tasks

Simply click on cells B3, C3, B5, or C5 to add your tasks.
