Here’s how to publish your Google Forms via email:
Navigate to the upper-right corner of the Google Form screen and click on the "Send" button to access sharing options.
Switch to the 'Email' tab by clicking on the envelope icon. This allows you to publish the form directly to recipients' email addresses.
In the provided fields, type in the email addresses of your intended recipients, create a subject line and write an optional message explaining the form. You may also choose to include the form in the email itself by checking the corresponding box.
Review your entries and then click on the "Send" button. This action sends your Google Form to the specified email addresses.
Click on the "Send" button located in the upper-right corner to open various sharing options.
Switch to the 'Link' tab by clicking on the link icon. This tab provides a direct link to your Google Form for publishing.
Click on the "Copy" button next to the generated URL. This action copies the link to your clipboard which is ready to be published wherever you'd like.
Paste the copied link into a new browser tab to ensure that it directs users to your form properly.
Navigate to the upper-right corner and click on the "Send" button to open the sharing options.
Switch to the 'Embed' tab by clicking on the angle brackets icon ("< >"). This tab provides an HTML code to embed the form on a website.
Adjust the desired width and height of the form, if necessary, and then click "Copy" to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
Paste the copied HTML code into the desired location within your website's code to embed the form.
Visit your website and check that the embedded form is displayed correctly and that users can submit responses.
