In this article, we will show you how to change fonts in Google Forms. Simply follow the process below.
Changing the font on your Google Form can give it a personalized touch and make it stand out. Follow the process below to update the font style for various text elements in your form.
To begin customizing your form, click on the paint palette icon located in the top right corner of your Google Form to open the theme customization options. This is where you can change your form’s design, including fonts.
In the theme customization sidebar that appears on the right, scroll down to the 'Text Style' section. This area allows you to adjust the font settings separately for the 'Header', 'Questions', and 'Description' text on your form.
For each text element—'Header', 'Questions', and 'Description'—click on the respective option. A list of fonts will appear for each selection. Click on your preferred font to apply it to that particular text element of the form.
After selecting a font, the form will automatically update to show the new style. Look at each text element—header, questions, and description—directly on the form to ensure the new font is applied and appears as you expect.
No need to look for a save button; Google Forms saves your changes automatically. To exit the theme customizer, simply click the 'X' at the top of the sidebar or click anywhere outside the sidebar on your screen.
To verify the new fonts are practical and that the form looks good from a respondent's viewpoint, fill out the form yourself. This step is crucial to make sure that the text is easy to read and the form is user-friendly with the new font choices.
