2. Open Theme Customization Panel

In your form, find and click the palette icon located in the upper right corner. This action will open the theme customization panel where you can modify the appearance of your form.

3. Pick Your Form's Primary Color

In the theme panel, you will see a range of colors. Click on one to set it as the primary color for your form. This color will be applied to the form's header, title, and button elements.

4. Choose Background Color for Questions

Below the primary color options, find the background color choices. Select one that complements your primary color. This color will appear behind the questions on your form, enhancing readability.

5. Add or Update the Form Header Image

At the top of the theme panel, there’s an option to add a header image.

You can upload your image or select one from Google’s image library. This image will appear at the top of your form.

6. Change Font Style for Form Text

Scroll to find the font style options. Click to select a font that suits the tone of your form. This font will be applied to all the text in your form, including questions and descriptions.

7. Preview Form with Applied Theme

To see how your form looks with the new theme, click the eye icon on the top toolbar.

This lets you view the form as a respondent would, allowing you to check and adjust the appearance before sharing.

8. Auto-Save for Theme Changes

All changes to the theme are automatically saved to your Google Drive.
