A multiple choice grid in Google Forms is a question type that allows you to set up a grid of questions and answers. It is useful when you want to ask respondents to evaluate multiple items using the same set of response options.
Select your question. Click the drop-down menu on the right side of the question field and select "Multiple choice grid."
Rows represent the questions or items that the respondents need to evaluate. Columns represent the multiple-choice answers that respondents can choose from for each row or item.

In the row section, we enter the aspects of the course we want feedback on, like:
In the column section, we enter the range of responses we want to offer, such as:
If you want to make sure that each aspect is evaluated, toggle the option "Require a response in each row" at the bottom of the question box.
Click on the eye icon at the top right of the form to preview and test your form.
