In this article, we will show you how to collect email addresses in Google Forms in just a few clicks. Simply follow the steps below.
In the Google Forms editor, you will see several tabs at the top. Click on “Settings.”
Expand the dropdown menu next to the “Collect email addresses” setting by clicking on it.
Select the “Verified” option from the dropdown menu. This will require respondents to sign in to their Google account, and their email address will be automatically recorded with their form response.
If you prefer to allow respondents to manually enter their email, select “Responder input” instead of “Verified.” This should add a field to your form where respondents can type in their email address, which doesn’t require them to be signed into a Google account.
