In this article, we will show you how to use choice removal in Google Forms in just a few clicks. Simply follow the steps below.
To eliminate choices in Google Forms as they get selected, you can use an add-on like Choice Eliminator. Here's how to set it up and use it:
While in your Google Form, click on the top-right menu (vertical dots), select "Get add-ons."
Search for "Choice Eliminator," and install it. For the purpose of this guide, we will choose the add-on by Everest Web Deals.
After installing, go back to your google Form. Click on the puzzle icon at the top and find the add-on.
Go to its configuration.
Select the question you want to apply the choice elimination to.
In the configuration settings, you can set how many times a choice can be selected before it disappears. For example, if you want a choice to be available for only one selection, set the limit to 1.
Click Save.
Copy the URL provided and test your form. Once a choice reaches its selection limit, it should no longer appear for new respondents.
