In this article, we will show you how to set up the Google Forms add collaborators feature. Simply follow the process below.
Follow the steps below to add collaborators and manage permissions in your Google Forms.
In your Google Form, locate the three dots icon at the top right corner. Clicking this icon reveals a menu with various settings and options for your form.
In the dropdown menu that appears, look for and select the 'Add Collaborators' option. This action opens a window dedicated to managing access permissions for other users.
In the 'Add Collaborators' window, you'll find a field to enter email addresses. Type the emails of the individuals you want to collaborate with, separating each email with a comma.
After adding emails, set the permission level for each collaborator. Choose whether to restrict editing rights exclusively to the invited individuals (via their email addresses) or allow anyone with the link to edit. This setting controls their ability to edit and add content to your form.
Once you've entered the emails and set the permissions, click the 'Send' button. This will send an email to each person you've invited, containing a link to your form and information about their editing permissions.
After your collaborators accept their invitations, they can access the form and start editing. All changes are automatically saved to Google Drive in real-time.
